For the purpose of this User Agreement, the term “Forum” is defined as being all the online services available to you as a member of this website. This includes, but is not limited to, the message boards, private messaging system, public profiles and our chat room.
The term “member” is defined as being an individual or organisation that has registered to use one or more of our online services. “We” or “Us” id defined as being the owner of this website and the authorised team of administrators and moderators and “ you” or “ your” is defined as being any individual or organisation accessing this website.

The system will ask you for an email address, to be accepted this must be a valid current email address. Normally it will be the address provided to you by your Internet Service Provider.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when prompted by the Registration form. You also agree to maintain and promptly update this Registration Data to keep it true, accurate and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, RainbowZebra has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future membership.

By clicking the Agree button, you warrant that you will not post any material that is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, vulgar, hateful, harassing, profane, sexually-orientated, racist, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy or otherwise in violation of ANY law.
You also agree not to post any material unless the copyright is owned by you, you have permission from the copyright owner to republish their work online, or the material is a small selection from a larger work and is being published for the sole purpose of critical review. In the case of publishing material that is under copyright of someone other than yourself, you are required to post a source, and if possible, a URL to where it can be found online.

Any use of materials contributed by our members must be published with a clear notice indicating the ownership of displayed materials. Members are required to include Copyright notices with any material or images they publish on the site to help prevent piracy.

SPAM AND OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL

Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, solicitations and disruptive behaviour are also inappropriate on this forum.
Although the Administrators and Moderators will attempt to keep all objectionable material off this system, it is impossible for us to review all messages and images.
Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this forum. Please remember that we cannot monitor messages at the time of posting, and there may be a delay before offensive or inappropriate material can be removed.
All messages express the views of their author. You agree that you take full responsibility for all material that you post, and that you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this website and it’s owner(s).
We have the right to remove, edit, move or cease to display any message or image at any time for any reason and without explanation.
